Srushti Deshmukh is beginning working on her UPSC entrance in her third year of engineering degree. When she graduated, she wondered if engineering could make her feel happy. Later, she realized the dream of her was to work in civil service and started to focus on the field. She was urged by her parents to go after a civil service career and get ready for the tests. Her motivation was to be an IAS officer and was committed to achieve that goal. For UPSC to be successful, more hard work is needed. She prepared for UPSC topics while studying her engineering. Everyday she carved out the time to study for exams. In just over one month and a half it was time to prepare for her engineering test and completely avoided all social media. Her focus is essential to clear the exam for a government job and to be eligible for a job in civil service. She worked hard to ensure she passed the exam on the first try. To keep up to date with current affairs, she used to regularly go through news papers. Online, she collected a variety of study material and watched Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh published a follow-up book titled, The Answer Writing manual. The book is available in all libraries across the country. This book is a great resource to IAS hopefuls who prepare rigorously for the test. Her husband is also known to regularly share details about the candidates and their responsibilities through their social media accounts.
