Emily Mortimer

Emily Mortimer is a British actor and screenwriter who is well-known as a significant contributor to Hollywood films. Mortimer was a graduate of the theatre with a remarkable legacy is a quiet person. She appeared in 'Mary Poppins Returns,' a sequel to the 1964 cult classic musical 'Mary Poppins.' This was a milestone for Mortimer. Mortimer played a mysterious French associate in the Pink Panther films she was also a spirited and excellent news producer in 'The Newsroom'. Emily Kathleen Anne Mortimer was born on December 1, 1971 at Hammersmith, London, to famous barrister and author Sir John Mortimer and Penelope Gollop. Emily is the youngest of many siblings. Her father was in a previous union with Penelope Fletcher, who was her half-sister. She also has a younger sibling called Rosie. Her father had a relationship with the actress Wendy Craig, and she has a brother in law named Ross Bentley. Mortimer went to the St Paul's Girls' School (London) where she was a student. She graduated from Oxford University' in 1994 where she studied English and Russian at the 'Lincoln College.
